This will be Adam's second year as head coach.
Jim Grim the Old Mill High Wrestling coach will Asst. Arden has parent coach's for more one on one training,
if you can help coach please let Adam know
EQUIPMENT: Headgear and wrestling shoes are required. Both items can be purchased at most sporting goods stores. Singlets will be provided for the “B” wrestlers, but will require a $50.00 deposit and must be returned at the end of the wrestling season.
