Wrestling will start , 2nd week of November at the Old Mill high School Wrestling Room,practice times are 715 to 830
Wrestling ages from k to 8th grade

Greg Saumenig is a 2x state champion wrestler at Old Mill High and has coached Arden Wrestlers with his father Art
Jim Grim the Old Mill High Wrestling coach will Asst.
in addition to Art and Greg : Arden has parent coach's for more one on one training,
if you can help coach please let Art know
EQUIPMENT: Headgear and wrestling shoes are required. Both items can be purchased at most sporting goods stores. Singlets will be provided for the “B” wrestlers, but will require a $50.00 deposit and must be returned at the end of the wrestling season.
